Question: Are these the same quality as the "yoga tune up balls"? how do they compare? how are these different from a lacrosse ball? differences? thx!
Answer: No idea what yoga tune up balls are... but I do know these feel a lot better than a lacrosse ball. I used to use a tennis ball until I found these. I tried these and some other brand, but the different densities on these are excellent. If you get this set and two peanut shaped balls from the same company (I recommend blue for the peanuts) you'll be able to work on all parts of your body. My bare minimum travel pack is the green ball and a blue peanut (double roller or whatever rad calls them). -
Question: Are they solid or hollow

Question: How firm is the blue one? Like a lacrosse ball? Or like a racquetball? Or something else?
Answer: All are the same firmness: not as firm as a lacrosse ball, but harder than a tennis ball. Like those bouncy balls you can buy in the vending machines at the grocery store. -
Question: are these hard enough, similar to lacrosse balls?
Answer: Each of the densities are different, the green is the softest, the blue is medium, and the black micro is stiff~~~Which is similar to a lacrosse ball. The larger ones are softer because lacrosse balls are so stiff they can cause a kind of 'guarding' reflex in the muscle tissue, which can be counterproductive. -
Question: Ball about 10 inches in diameter, medium to hard, for resistance for hip adduction?
Answer: No, none of the balls are anywhere close to Ten inches. The biggest one is probably 2.5 -
Question: Do the balls come in a bag?
Answer: No they don't, they're boxed with instructions on how to roll. I just put in a small toiletry bag I have along w/ some other massage tools. -
