    As advertised
    Doesn't quite work within 30 minutes ... not even within an hour, but that could just be the result of the way my body works. It still eventually did what it is designed to do.

    I've been using Phillips Milk of Magnesia for 2 years now and it works! I will stay with something that helps.

    It works well
    There is no cramping or diarrhea.
