Answer: I am a 10 and I have to move my foot forward and back to reach areas. It has a firm grip massage. Startles you at first and then it feels good. It shows you all these different options for massage but see a difference from one to the next. Size 14 would need to be moved forward and back to get all his foot. As long as he doesn't have a real wide foot he should be ok. I can also massage my calves with this while sitting in my chair and my legs up on an ottoman. I like it . My pregnant daughter in law likes it . Not bad at all for the pric -

Answer: i bought it for my husband . It does not reach the balls of your feet plus he had neuropathy so bad in his legs the machine was squeezing his legs so bad it was hurting him so I had to return it
