      Answer: Hi You can instill the drops while in sleeping position or keeping the head tilted. This will retain the drops in the ear for a long time. Please retain this position for about 5 - 10 minutes to allow the absorbtion of the medicine in the eustachian tube. Then this same can be repeated for the other ear.     Worked for me
    Slight ear ache and discharge. One ear only. The odor of the discharge reminder of my Labs infected ears. This stuff smells like medicine I used just a few times a day when I could stay seated. Within two days the symptoms had cleared up. I continued to use for a few more days. All good now!

    Excellent for removing wax and treating infections
    I had a stubborn ear wax and this product did the trick.
