Answer: If you have a separate compartment for your detergent, you need to dilute Puracy Natural Carpet & Upholstery Shampoo (4 parts water : 1 part Puracy). If your machine requires you put the solution directly into the main water tank, please follow the directions on the label (100 oz water : 1 oz Puracy). -
Question: Has anyone with MCS used this, what was the consensus? Are any of the ingredients derived from eucalyptus?
Answer: No one with MCS has used this product. There are no ingredients derived from eucalyptus in this product. -
Question: Is the citrus smell from a 100% natural source?
Answer: The fragrance is a blend of naturally-derived essential oils, floral extract, and plant-based aroma-producing ingredients. Synthetic fragrances or perfumes are not used. -
Question: Can this be used on wool rugs?

Question: Can I use this product in my suede couch?

Answer: No, this product is for carpet cleaning machines. It is not recommended for cleaning laminate floors. -

Answer: This should not leave any residue. Be sure to dilute according to the instructions and go over with an extra rinse afterward if needed. -

Answer: This varies significantly by the type of machine and how dirty your carpets are. Most carpet cleaning machines will clean 250-300 square feet per tank. Therefore, this would yield around 6,000-7500 sqft of cleaning. In testing, we got around 10k sqft per bottle. Thoroughly vacuum first, then pretreat any tough stains with Puracy Natural Stain Remover.
