    good for plantar fasciitis and mild heel swelling, not if whole foot is swollen!
    This is my 2nd sleeve. 1st one purchased by my podiatrist. It helped with my plantar fasciitis, as well as heel swelling post op. But don't think you can pop this on, and your problems will go away, you have to do exercises, shoe inserts, ice, etc. I wear it every day, and I have less pain with it on.
