Question: Inside the pkg there was an empty space next to the bottle. Was something supposed to be in it?
Answer: No, there is nothing missing. The box is only supposed to contain one bottle of Calms Forte tablets. -
Question: Has the product changed with the packaging? It no longer appears quick dissolve. Are there other changes?
Answer: The pills are now caplets (oblong pill, not quite 2x the old pill) to be swallowed with water. The bottle has 32 caplets, vs the old bottle with 100 tablets. I am not excited by the change. I haven't used the new ones yet. I find them mildly effective, so I'm not likely to have a strong opinion on their effectiveness. Ingredients appear to be the same. -
Question: Does this product contain sugar ? I am diabetic and need to know the answer.
Answer: Calms Forte tablet and caplets do not contain sucrose (table sugar), but one of the inactive ingredients in the product is lactose which is milk sugar from cow’s milk. Please check with your doctor whether lactose would be appropriate for you to use in your individual case. Question: What's the expiration date?
Answer: Thank you for writing to us. In the US the FDA has exempted homeopathic manufacturers from putting expiration dates on their product labels. While nothing lasts indefinitely, homeopathic medicines are good for many years when stored under normal conditions (away from moisture and excessive heat or cold). Question: The 3 pack says it is not gluten free and the one pack says it is. Which is it? I think it does have gluten
Answer: I’m gluten free and it did t bother me. I think it states that somewhere. It’s been a while since I bought this. I’d recommend buying the smallest pack possible to try and see if it works for you before spending too much. My GYN had said someone told him it helped them but I had zero success with it. Best of luck as I know how much it stinks to not sleep. -

Answer: These have never made me have dreams but I am not a person that has ever had a lot of them before. I do like the regular Calms better than this one that says sleep aid. -
Question: What happened to hyland's "sleep" tablets? does this work as well as they did?
Answer: Hello friend, I'm new to the Hyland's Sleep Tablets so I can not describe how they differ from their earlier product. I can however, say that for me, they are terrific - I have found a product that finally helps me fall to sleep and stay asleep for several hours. I'm very happy to recommend this product. -
Question: What is the Mg measurement for this sleep aid ?
Answer: There is no mg weight listed on bottle. However homeopathics generally are not listed in mg, just in strength. The recommended dose is just one tablet. That's what I use and it is affectiv
