Answer: Yes fridge or freezer and it will be fine. I've left mine in there permanently and take it out whenever I need. Only ever used it cold. -

Answer: It just hover over the lower eye area because nose pokes out. To make it work for puffy eyes I had to wear a "SLEEP EYE MASK over this product. Worked great that way.
