Question: Are these LF 20?
Answer: I don't know what is meant by LF 20. If by LF, you mean lens filter, then yes. The box says they are Thermoscan PC 20, but that may just mean there are 20 in each little box. They are for use with Braun Thermoscan PRO 3000 and PRO 4000 Series. Hope that helps. -

Question: Are these aftermarket or actually Braun?
Answer: Mine arrived aftermarket by a company called Hillrom which feel a little deceptive; I thought this was genuine Braun. -
Question: Braun thermoscan ear thermometer lens filters (60 pack)... is each probe sterile?
Answer: No they are not sterile as they do not need to be sterile because it is going into the ear. It doesn’t go in very far - Basically it is a cover for the thermometer to keep it clean. -
Question: Dois ii fit 4520?
Answer: Yes, I personally have the 4520 and I have purchased these refills a few times. Never experienced a problem.
