    Clamps are fine except there is no adjustment on clips to tighten or loosen grip.

    They hold on to what you’ve got!!
    These are excellent quality well balanced and very comfortable to use. They are not to heavy at all, they hold on to the nipple without being to painful for longer wear. Would like a bit heavier set.
