Answer: I prefer it to remain in the container it came in... this stuff is horrible. Gritty even when blended. Shaken,stirred, blended... horrible. -
Question: Is this good for liquid diet after surgery?
Answer: Not sure that this qualifies as a full meal replacement. Would recommend the Sprout Living Equivalent Meal options. If you'd like a ready to consume nutritional shake option, try Kate Farms or Orgain. -

Question: what is the difference in sizes between the .7 and .97 sizes?
Answer: Well, this is awkward, it seems that the size descriptions are incorrect. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The correct sizes for our Raw Organic Protein & greens are as follows: Chocolate: 1lb 5.51oz Container or a Tray of 10 Packets (each packet is 1.07oz) Lightly Sweet: 1lb 6.92oz Container or a Tray of 10 Packets (each packet is 1.14oz) Vanilla: 1lb 3.4oz Container or a Tray of 10 Packets (each packet is .97oz) The difference in the ounces of the packets is due to ingredients having different densities and weights. Question: Would this dissolve in a hot cup of coffee?
Answer: I'm not sure if it does, I only use it in my meal replacement shakes. I would think that it would dissolve just fine. This is an amazing protein powder. It is worth the buy! Have a great day. Donna Rayn -

Answer: I use almond milk. Water would not be my choice. -
Question: My lightly sweet protein 10 count packages smell like they have been covered in men's cologne. Did yours smell like that?
Answer: I did not get the packets. I got the sealed container w a scoop for the powder. No smell to it. -

Answer: I think it’s great quality. Tastes good. Not super sweet like those that have stevia. I’ve been mixing with oat milk instead of water for a treat and it gets thick and frothy -
