Customer Questions & Answers
-
Question: What happens is the stroller or wheelchair is tilted? Would it stay upright?
Answer: It is not built to level when the wheelchair/stroller is tilted, and if cup/bottle is secured within the upper holder piece, the cup or bottle should survive maybe a 45 degree tilt, but whether liquid would spill would be dependent on how full cup is, or if there is a lid on container/bottle. I have mine on the upward bar running up to my wheelchair armrest. It would take a lot to tip my wheelchair over, and loosing a cup or bottle "overboard" has never been an issue for me. :) -
Question: I want to use this on a 1 inch, wrought iron headboard. The 1 inch bar is square rather than round. Will the clamp work on a square bar?
Answer: I don't think so. The 2 sides of the clamp are rounded to fit around the round leg or cross pieces. -
Question: Will it hold a 30oz yeti
Answer: Filled it will be to heavy, I would not suggest it. -
Question: Is this plastic or metal?
Answer: Plastic -
Question: Does the handle (arms) holding the heavy drink lock so the drink doesn't fall thru?
Answer: The arms hold it upright. The drink sits on the platform. We haven't had any problems. My mom has commented several times how great it is to be able to carry her drink. -
Question: what is the largest diameter cup that will fit
Answer: We had a large mcdonalds cup in it & it didn't touch the bottom of the holder. I would say probably a 3" diameter would be max. Also, a small styrofoam coffee cup is good across but too short to reach the bottom. -
Question: I am not sure how to measure the bar dimensions. I have a Drive Medical Rollator and Wheelchair?
Answer: I have the same walker and rollator and it fits fine. -
Question: can this be use on a scooter?
Answer: I think with a bar three-quarter inch to 1 inch that is horizontal, diagonal, or even vertical.
