Answer: I don't know where the quinine is but I have been taking that for a long time and it helps me with my leg cramps. I also drink a small glass of Tonic Water before I go to bed. The Tonic Water was recommended by my Doctor -
Question: can you use Hylands restful legs and leg cramps togther?
Answer: I am sure you can use both. They are homeopathicj. I only use the leg cramps PM. My calf cramps occur at night and Hylands PM works great.
