    • Question: Is this a tyoe of plastic that i could use a Sharpie permanent marker on and it would not wash off? Some slick plastics wash off.

      Answer: Put a canning jar label on bottom then write on that.
    • Question: Is this bowl BPA free?

      Answer: Yes, All of our dinnerware is BPA and Latex free.
    • Question: Is it actually non-slip?

      Answer: Yes...it has a rubber ring around the bottom to keep it from slipping.
    • Question: Does it use suction to keep it in place, or is it just non-slip?

      Answer: It's just non-slip, but it works pretty well. If you don't need a plate/bowl that has to be held down, it should be fine.
    • Question: Is this plate weighted?

      Answer: No. The plate is not weighted
    • Question: Where is this plate made?

      Answer: The back of the plate states Made in the USA.
    • Question: Do these plates stack well?

      Answer: They are very easy to stack . One hint to the best stacking is dont stack with scoops in same direction, example, if first plate has scoop left toward put other plate scoop side right. Then next left and again right.
    • Question: Is this deep enough for soup?

      Answer: Yes, however due to the width of the plate it would be a thin layer so to speak. It's almost 1 1/2" deep and the inside width measurement is about 7 1/2". I am pleased with the product and plan to order another. I don't use in microwave, but do occasionally dishwasher without dry setting. I like the "non" slip on the bottom, so I just sit a regular soup bowl inside and it leaves room for crackers on the side. I also use the dollar store nonslip shelf liner under bowls and sink wash after. Good luck!
    • Question: What size warming lid will fit on this plate?

      Answer: I don’t know the answer because I bought the plate for my nephew who lives in a different state but I would expect a 9” or 10” lid as it’s a 9” plat
    • Question: Is it bpa free and is it microwavable?

      Answer: BPA free don't know. Microwave yes.

    no more "overflow" of food
    My mom is 98 years old and this plate works great for her; but for me it is difficult to clean food sticks and stains the dish that does not come off in cleaning ie: tomato sauce stains the plate

    Stains easily
    This is the perfect dish for my handicapped mother in law....it is easy for her to scoop food from it. The only problem is that it stains easily from things like tomato sauce. I have soaked it in bleach water and removed some of it but it remains stained. You should offer it in more colors.
