    • Question: Is there any latex or natural rubber in this product?

      Answer: no i am allergic to latex and would not purcahase it one end it a metal hook the other is a metal hook covered with a coating

      Answer: I can't answer that one.
    • Question: Would this help to pull a shirt over your head? My mom has trouble getting undressed because of her shoulders

      Answer: I didn’t need it because of my shoulder. I have it as I had a hip replacement. It helps me to take off my shoes as I can’t bend over. I’m glad that I have it. It’s returnable.
    • Question: Why is there no video demonstrating the use of this tool? How do you use it for pants , socks ,shirts etc?

      Answer: I didn't have a video, either! I had back surgery, so I can't bend over. The hook end you use to grab your pants, on the left side for your left leg, then on the right, for the right leg. It let's you pull them up far enough to grab them and pull them on all the way. The downward hook you can use to pull your socks off; stick it in the top of your socks and push down until the sock comes off. I haven't actually used the upward hook, though!🙄 Hope this helps you a little!😊👍
    • Question: Do you have something that would pull up dress back zippers?

      Answer: The hook on the other side on the dressing stick is for zippers.
    • Question: Will it go under tight shoe laces?

      Answer: I think the round end would rotate under and pull up on any shoe laces you might have. I use this for everything I want to snag or scoop up that would fit in the circular loop.
    • Question: How to lengthen it

      Answer: You cannot lengthen it. Mostly you will use it sitting down to help with getting pants on and off, help with socks, etc.
    • Question: Can I use this to pull boot zippers down? Zipper in front of the boot.

      Answer: I don’t believe so because the hook is rather thick so probably wouldn’t fit in the eye of the zipper pull. A grabber would probably be better for that job.
