    • Question: How can this have 2g of sugar but 0g of carbs? Sugar is included in total carbs, so this doesn't make sense... Is there a mistake?

      Answer: The sugar total was incorrect on the first printing. There are 0 grams of sugar.
    • Question: I don't see any details about percentage of A1/A2 casein protein. Please tell us...

      Answer: A quick google search has stated that the difference between A1 and A2 is that A1 forms Histidine amino acid while A2 forms Proline amino acid. Looking at the label there is a total of sum of 3196mg of both Histidine and Proline with 746mg (23.3%) being from A1 and therefore 76.7% from A2. I’m probably making some large assumptions but this is my best guess without becoming an expert.
    • Question: Is this really thick like pudding?

      Answer: When you blend it alone with a liquid like milk or water, then yes it is kind of thick. Not pudding thick, more like a melting smoothie kind of thick. This can be good though. The powder blends very well with some milk or water and berries, making a thicker smoothie without the need for ice cream or some other thickening agent. Plus the flavor blends in easily.     Good flavor, and is good for those that are trying to plan out their calories for the day and want to add in a specific type of protein. Also blends very well.

    Good for my body.
    I will stick with this brand as long as it is helping me. It’s been helping since I started using it. It’s helping me regain some weight & muscle back. Hard when you’re older & this helped as did their Mycellar Casein.
