Question: Does this product have soy in it?
Answer: Barleans is a great product, I have been using CLA for about a month. To my knowledge they do not use soy in any of their products. I am not a fan of soy, and rarely consume products that contain soy. Barleans products are non-GMO and truly, what you see is what you get. -

Question: I see a lot of reviews about how it tastes but does it really produce results?
Answer: My doctor recommended taking CLA as a protective against breast cancer. After about 3 months of use, I noticed that my legs were looking better...more shapely, more muscle, less fat. I had never really realized that it was a supplement that body builders take until I started doing some research on it after I noticed my legs were looking better. In my case, it did what it claimed that it would do. As I understand, supplements often take months to start showing their effects on your body. So, I would give this at least 3 months to determine if its working for you. -

Answer: helpful for the brain and can aid in getting in healthy fats as an aid to weightloss with certain diets/woe. MCT oil is is popular with low cab and keto diets for Bulletproof coffee. This one tasted great but if you do eat keto it has 6 carbs per TBS. -

Answer: We recommend the Eye Remedy be refrigerated after opening. It's perfectly fine on the shelf until then!
