    • Question: doo you use a full bottle for each cleaning?

      Answer: Yes. I pull off all labels AND the sticker on the very top. Leave the bottle closed because there is a wax stopper that melts in the dishwasher and allows the bottle to empty out during the cleaning. Then I place it upside down in the bottom rack between two posts so it won’t fall onto its side. Then I set the dishwasher to heavy - Sani. You also should read the label of course.
    • Question: The wax never melted when i tried to use it. i used the hottest cylce on my dishwasher what should i do?

      Answer: That’s really odd. The water for your house must not have a very high temperature. Nevertheless you can take the seal off with a sharp knife or pour boiling water over it to release it then into the dishwasher as directed. Hopefully your dishwasher will be cleaned.
    • Question: How do you use this item?? I see the individually packaged ones. How many loads does this particular product do?

      Answer: This particular product is for the machine not the dishes. Just one a month is sufficient to keep the machine clean.
    • Question: Can I but oven racks in dishwasher while cleaning ??

      Answer: It depends on what coating is on your racks. If they have a ceramic coating it will likely be fine to wash them in dishwasher. I suggest reading cleaning directions that probably came with your oven. The manufacturer's website might be helpful. You tube might be helpful.
    • Question: How often should it be used?

      Answer: I use it about once a month. But the instructions may say more often because they want us to buy more. I use it to meet my needs, using it for my purpose. I clean my garbage disposal once a month as well. My kitchen smells great.
    • Question: I accidentally filled our rinse aid compartment with this deep cleaner and ran a full load. Now, some will automatically get sprayed on every run.ok?

      Answer: I would think not. I would continue to over fill the rinse compartment with wateruntil you think you have all the cleaner out.

    Very easy to put in your dishwasher
    This goes in your dishwasher without dishes cleans your dishwasher and my understanding is the plumbing that goes under it so easy to use and then you just throw it away when you’re finished

    I love this !!

    Dishwasher is sparkling clean
    We have hard water in LA and after a single use our dishwasher, which had been wiped down and lightly cleaned but not dscaled since we moved in 3+ years ago, looked BRAND NEW and smelled fresh and clean.

    Cleans the dishwasher… at a price.
    I like that this product works. I would like it even better if it cost less.
