Question: Is this safe for stained wood?
Answer: I used it on stained cherry wood in my motorhome and on stained wood on my dressers. Looked awesome for a little while. Really nice finish. I didn't have any trouble with white streaks as seen in reviews, however it didn't last more than a couple of weeks at best. -

Question: Should my uneven polyurethane finish be sanded down before applying this to golden oak cabinets?
Answer: They dont have to be sanded down first.Since your cabinet is uneven in color, it will come out more of a marbelized look,which is nice. If you dont like it you can always start again. -
