Question: Is a test less accurate after expiration?
Answer: I found it inaccurate even before the expiration 😂 i suggest going for a different brand -
Question: So i just received mine and when i shake the tests, they rattle and i can feel almost like a sand consistency inside. is that normal?
Answer: I think you’re feeling the little anti-moisture packets inside each test’s package? -
Question: Are u supposed to peel the sticker that says max off? I tried with it and waited 2-3min and no indication showed up. I’ve already used up 3 tests.
Answer: No, don't peel it off. Wait the full 5 minutes. Collect urine in a cup and dip it for 3 seconds (time it). This isn't one to do in the stream - needs to be a cup, and need to wait 5 minutes after dipping for results. -
Question: Will there always to two lines when you test? Other ovulation strips I’ve used only showed two lines if you were getting a positive.
Answer: As I understand it, you are always producing a small amount of LH, so there will usually be two lines. The instructions in the package have images showing what results mean positive— test line is the same or darker than the control line. If the test line is fainter than control, it’s a negative. -
Question: How soon can you use thr hcg test strip? in comparison to over thr counter pregnancy tests that allow you to do 3-5 days before your missed period?
Answer: the best time to check is after a missed period with these strips. 3-5 days after missed period. -
Question: Will the ovulation test show positive if you are pregnant?
Answer: Yes, the OPK will be positive if you at pregnant, it picks up hcg and yields a positive. Can’t discriminate between LH and hcg. -
Question: Will the strips be accurate if I do not collect urine solely and instead put the strip in the toilet with urine?
Answer: Since the test comes with a max line (not to put urine past) they will not be accurate.
