    • Question: Hi I am using this product and trying to find out whether this product is a synthetic or a whole food vitamin ? Thank you

      Answer: Three natural forms of vitamin B12 are commercially available: methylcobalamin (MeCbl), adenosylcobalamin (AdCbl), and hydroxycobalamin (OHCbl), all of which have been shown in clinical studies to improve vitamin B12 status. They are bioidentical to the B12 forms occurring in human physiology and animal foods. In contrast, cyanocobalamin (CNCbl), a synthetic B12 compound used for food fortification. I use hydroxy because my DNA requires it. I had raw DNA testing. When I used methylcobalamin it put me to sleep. I hope this help

      Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. This product is not produced using yeast and does not contain yeast ingredients. It is tested and contains less than 1000 CFU (Colony Forming Units) total yeast and mold per gram.

      Answer: They aren't big at all. Looks like a tiny pill. But it dissolves. I hate cherry but there's aren't bad and they are supposed to be cherry flavored.

    So far so good a B12 I can tolerate !
    Figured I’d give these a try since recent lab results showed my B12 levels have really dropped since last years testing. I’m now in the low normal range. I’m very sensitive to supplements and cannot handle methylated vitamins and heard that others like me do well with hydroxy B’s. I’ve had no adverse reaction and felt an instant energy boost. After a week I decided to break the tablet in half to avoid the over stimulated feeling I noticed. That feels like the right dose for me and future lab work will show how well it’s been absorbed. The flavor was pleasant, reminded me of the smarties candies. I was a tad concerned about the Xylitol, but haven’t noted any negative side effects like I usually do with artificial sweeteners.

    Works great
    Dr. Ben lynch had posted something on his page about a customer asking him if taking this increases sex drive for women and he said it does. Of course I need more b12 anyway. So I decided to try it out. It totally works. I noticed a difference in just a few days.

    Great Product
    Great quality supplements! I started taking these when I found out I had a gene mutation and after I read Dr Lynch's book 'Dirty Genes.' If the dose is too high I just cut the losenge in half. BONUS They don't taste bad at all and they are tiny.
