Answer: In a car, yes. They won't let you on a plane with an oxygen tank or bottle. you'll need an approved, by the FAA, Oxygen generator -

Answer: It doesn't come with any Liters but the gauge reads from 0 to 1/2 to 15 LPM. I hope that help -

Answer: Will this fit E and D cylinders? -

Answer: It's a regulator. It doesn't hold oxygen. Just regulates the pressure from the cylinder. -

Answer: Mine goes from 0.5 all the settings through to 15 -
