Question: Can I sync my iWatch with the scale? Can I sync my Fitbit with the scale?
Answer: The Withings app syncs with Apple HealthKit which will synchronize your iWatch activity to the app and then to the scale. You can sync your Fitbit to MyFitness Pal and that can sync to HealthKit as Fitbit lost its relationship with Apple. -
Question: Is the scale compatible with a pacemaker/ICD?
Answer: The Withings FAQ indicates not to use this product if you have a pacemaker due to the electrical pulse used for body fat measurements. You can disable body fat measurements using the Withings Health Mate app to only use other features. -
Question: Can the scale be set to not be personalized if more than 8 people will be using it?
Answer: Yes, it doesn't matter how it's configured. Users can manually record their readings, or it can be configured with an imaginary person name such as CrossFit Gym. The gym owner/manager can see metrics on their smartphone. -
Question: Is the scale offered in white?
Answer: Yes. -
Question: Are software updates for features downloaded when connected to Wi-Fi?
Answer: Yes, but you have to look for updates on your app. -

Answer: It could be the battery, but Withings products usually last for several years. If the battery is the issue, it is not replaceable by the owner but can be replaced at a service center. With the price of Withings products below $100, it may make more sense to buy a new one.
