Answer: Concern yourself with the height from your top of your neck(chin)to the bottom of the neck. -

Answer: Adjustable 14 - 18 inch -
Question: Does the measurement for the 3.5" collar include the velcro strap or just the neck pad itself?
Answer: The brace comes with a velcro strap. But the 3.5" is the height of the brace when putting it on. -

Answer: No. You need to purchase one with a waterproof shell. -
Question: How do you clean this brace please
Answer: With some mild soap and water . Then rinse well with warm water . Let dry after towel drying but be gentle with each step .... -

Answer: It is an item that you wear! Try selling to a small person. Next time use a tape measure to buy proper size ! -
Question: The height I need is 3” and my neck circumference is 23”. Will it fit my neck
Answer: 3" height will work, but not the 23" neck. Are you sure about the 23" neck? That is really large. -
Question: My neck is long and thin, what neck circumference does the 3.5"tall collar fit?
Answer: Neck circumference is around 25" You have so much length on the velcro strap but I cut mine shorter because I didn't need the added strap. I hope this helps you. -
Question: Where do you measure on you neck for height?
Answer: Just around middle. This makes sleeping easier when my arthritis flares up.
