    Defective
    The screw attachments were misaligned. These must have been factory rejects.

    Easy to change the mop head
    I was going to buy a new mop because the head of it was so old, dirty and starting to leave debris. But I looked online and saw I could buy a replacement mop head. this surprised me because this mop is probably 6 years old. Much cheaper to buy just the new mop head. It came with all the screw parts to install it which was super easy and fast.
