      Answer: Each ball has the same degree of firmness. I'm pretty sure that'll be the case with any "set" of balls, and has been the case with other brands I've purchased, as they are sometimes meant to be used both at the same time within the mesh bag. For example, you'll roll them along the spine, within the mesh bag.

      Answer: They are not heavy and they have a little give unlike similar balls that are rock hard.

    Helped get rid of knots quickly
    After just a few uses of these, a lot of the knots in my feet have gone away and I'm experiencing less pain when walking. I've been using them twice a day on my hands and feet, and there is immediate relief.

    Disappointed
    This product has more give than a true lacrosse ball and is a little too soft for what I need. Unfortunately there are no returns, so I recommend you be sure it's what you want before purchasing.
