    A great solution for severe constipation...
    If your not Familia with this ? I am. I suffer from constipation due to several operations in my abdomen and my intestines. But aside from that Constipation is dry Stool that can’t move threw your large intestines , and that can block you for days depending on your diet. This stuff sorts that out with in 10 mins. You squeeze this up into your anus. ( don’t worry it’s very easy) let it break into your stool so when you return to your seated position this becomes much easier. This has saved me many many times. ( am dealing with Crohn’s disease. And to help in other ways Californian prune juice. Something about those prunes as a pose to others. Fleet, Cleen has saved me on countless occasions. I hope this helps
