    • Question: What is the diameter of an inflated ball?

      Answer: appproximately 10 centimeter
    • Question: Are these the recommended balls used for the exercises in the pelvic power book?

      Answer: I don't know about that book but I use my for pelvic floor therapy through techniques my therapist showed me and they work great.
    • Question: Picture shows two. Do you get one or two?

      Answer: It depends on how many you order.
    • Question: Are they supposed to be sticky? Will the stickiness go away or do I have defective balls?

      Answer: Mine weren’t sticky so to speak but not slippery either. There is a slight tackiness to them and I think that’s just materials a ball is made of
    • Question: What is the difference between buying these and just a soft ball?

      Answer: Franklin balls are springier than typical balls. My PT swears by them. I have the green set which does not have a smooth surface and may be better for you.
    • Question: Will any standard needle inflating pump work? Like the ones for basketballs? Or does it need a special size needle?

      Answer: I know our (OPTP) Needle pumps works. You can try a standard needle pump.
    • Question: Do you think these are comparable to the Yamana bodyrolling set?

      Answer: I’ve only seen older Yamana balls -made in Italy -very nice. The Franklin are well made and work for my purpose. If I were taking a class with Yamana I’d get hers.
    • Question: Is it safe to put all your weight on it for pelvic floor release?

      Answer: The weight limit is 200 lbs.

    Use these balls when riding my horse...very helpful
    I work with a physical therapist/horse trainer for some hip flexibility problems that were affecting my riding. The balls have helped me improve my flexibility and feel for riding and overcome some pretty severe problems. Highly recommend if you know how to use them.

    I bought these on the advice of my physical therapist. They are wonderfully helpful for my condition. I don't understand the rating for stretch? They are expensive for what they are but they do work

    Great tool for equestrians
    Bought these to use under my seat bones for warming up and loosening up tight hips riding my horse, I’ve been enjoying adding them to my routine I think they help me sit deeper in the saddle and stretch out my legs before dressage work!

    Recommended by physical therapist
    My physical therapist recommended these Franklin balls to me. They help better than using tennis balls for doing fascia releases using the wall. They have a bit of give to them, but are still supportive enough to allow good movement.
