Question: Will this work with comprehension socks?
Answer: Only problem is getting the sock onto the devise. Once your get the sock started you should have no problem moving it all the way down. You will want the sock all the way onto the devise before you insert your foot. If you have entire sock on the devise it just automatically places the sock some where up your leg. I do not see a problem with comprehension sock -
Question: Can this be used for ankle socks as well
Answer: Someone says these are designed for shoes? But the ad only shows it used with socks???? -
Question: What is the diameter of the sock aid?
Answer: the sock aid flares at the top where the diameter is 4.75 in; the "barrel" (i.e. the main length of the device) is 4.0 in wide. We have the smaller (women's version) of the two sizes offered. -
Question: would this work with a child size sock sock? My child is 5 years old.
Answer: Good question. The open tube that you load the sock on is pretty wide. Works for my adult woman's socks, but not sure about a child's sock. -
Question: Does it have a liner on the inside wall?
Answer: No, the inside wall is made of smooth plastic to reduce friction, allowing your foot and heal to slip without resistance. It is also simple to clean. There is a rough textured pad on the outside surface to keep the socks from slipping off too quickly while you are pulling them on your foot. -
Question: How wide is the vive sock aid? husband has wide foot - size 14e shoe....sock aid purchased may 2018 just broke in half--needs wider sock aid?
Answer: My husband wears a 15w shoe & uses the sock aid everyday. Says he would like it a little wider but has no trouble using it as is. -

Answer: The aid is flexible so I wouldn't think you should have a problem. Unless your socks are very tiny and as long as you can thread them onto the aid it should work just fine. -
Question: will this work with a no show sock? (ones that don't show over a sneaker)
Answer: Hmm. I don't think so. It works by fitting the top of the sock -- the leg part -- onto the device . The no-show socks wouldn't have anything to fit onto that. Sorry.
