Answer: If you only put 50mg in the capsule then you will get that many servings, but a "00" capsule can hold up to 800 mg. So, you if you only want 50mg per capsule, you will either have to weigh each serving and them capsule them individually OR you will have to use a filler, see how much fits the capsule and then add the amount, based on the number of capsules you are filling. In fact this may be complicated to explain in print, so it may be best to call and discuss for further explanation. -
