Question: Will this product remove cat/dog urine completely?
Answer: it's very good. I can not smell the urine after I use this product. -
Question: Can you use this on cloth diapers before washing?
Answer: I don’t use the foam I would order the big jug and use on cloth diapers. Helps so much on the cleaning of them -
Question: How does it work? Does it need to be rinsed after it's applied?
Answer: To use this product, remove excess waste, saturate affected areas, let set for 5 minutes or more. Blot with rag, repeat process if needed. Does not need to be rinsed. -
Question: Does this product remove rust stains from clothing?
Answer: It's more for biologicals. I don't think it would be effective with rust stains. -
Question: Can you use this on hardwood floors?
Answer: Yes you can as long as the floor is a finished surface. We recommend testing it in an inconspicuous area first. Bac Out Stain remover is mainly designed to remove stains and odors. We also offer Bac Out Multi Surface floor cleaner for deep cleaning purposes on finished hardwood floors. . -
Question: will this remove oil stains like from massage oils/creams?
Answer: Depending on the material, if they are surface stains this product can be used. -
Question: Any way to let biokleen know they are sending bottles w/o the sprayer..see pics.. so the product will NOT foam?
Answer: I have had 2 bottles in the past month that the sprayer stopped working about 1/4 down the bottle. So you aren’t missing much. -

Answer: Yes, this product will work to remove odors and stains from gym clothes. -
Question: Would this be good to use on curtains and furniture as a general odor eliminator?
