Answer: Yes, there is a basket that works perfectly for your 4 wheel Rollator Walker. I have had mine for several months and it works for things that I don't need to store under the seat of the walker. There is also a cup holder that I can suggest you try. These items make my walks very smooth! -

Answer: It does not fit the rollator I got for my dad. The basket had no way to position itself in a stable way.
