Question: Why mix in adeno b12? Doesn't hydroxy b12 get processed into methyl b12 and adeno b12 anyway?
Answer: Hi Paul, Adenosylcobalamin, like methylcobalamin, is an active form of vitamin B12. however because some individuals are senstiive to methylated nutrients, adenosylcoblamain is the next best choice. Hydroxocobalamin is added for additional support support of detoxification pathways. -

Question: Is this product gluten-free?
Answer: It says it’s free of milk, egg, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, artificial colors, artificial flavors. Other ingredients are xylitol, ascorbyl palmitate, silica, and natural cherry flavor. Nothing says it’s GF but I also don’t see in ingredients that contain gluten. I can’t say for certain that it is GF. -
