Question: can you reapply during the night if needed ?
Answer: Since it is a bit oily, I apply it to foot, ankle and calf, then I put a knee-high on to allow my leg to move over the sheets and to keep the oil Off the sheets. But I don't see why you couldn't apply it as needed. -

Answer: magnesium oil aids in total body relaxation, it helps to calm your nerve system before sleep and prepare you for a good nights sleep -
Question: When they say it might be itchy, is that like a burning itchy? When does that stop? A couple of weeks?
Answer: I only used this a couple of times because you have to spray it and let it dry. I don't remember it causing any itching. It did stop the restless leg sensations though. -
