    • Question: How many sprays per night is recommended?

      Answer: There is no recommendation on the bottle regarding how many sprays. It is a personal decision of how much to use. I personally spray two or three sprays on my feet and two spray to rub into my lower legs. It is dependent on your size your feet and legs and personal preferences. I started out with only one or two sprays and worked my way up. I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have a skin reaction to it. I use it on myself and three children. We love it.
    • Question: can i spray it on my bed ? & if yes do i have to wait some time after spraying before going to bed ?

      Answer: The key ingredient of this spray is pure magnesium oil, which aids in total body relaxation and helps to fall a sleep easier. The spray is meant to be applied on your skin, so magnesium could be absorbed to your body trough skin.
    • Question: How long does one 4 Oz bottle last if used daily?

      Answer: It would depend on how much you apply daily. I only use approximately 5 sprays and it will last several months.
    • Question: Has anyone used this product and the bath soak together? Is that too much all at once? Anyone who prefers on over the other?

      Answer: I just use the spray at night on the sole of my feet. Works great. !
    • Question: How many ounces are in the bottle? Description says 8 oz but picture shows 4 oz.

      Answer: My bottle is 4 oz.
    • Question: Is this a glass bottle?

      Answer: yes it is glass bott
    • Question: Does this come with a spray pump? The one for migraines did not.

      Answer: Yes it comes with the spray pump.
    • Question: Can you spray this on your pillow?

      Answer: No. This is meant to be used on your legs to help sooth muscles and relax you
    • Question: If I am doing intermittent fasting, will this break my IF?

      Answer: This is a product which you apply externally, it is not ingested. So no I don't believe it will break your fasting
    • Question: What do others do when the bottoms of your feet dry out and peel from this? I’ve tried using on my legs but doesn’t work as well.

      Answer: Took me 6 years to find this product and glad I did. I am now sleeping 6 - 8 hours a night. Works extremely well for me.

    Pregnant and Mixed Feelings
    I have very mixed feelings about this spray. First, the spray DOES work. I am 21 weeks pregnant, and have been struggling with insomnia for months. I’ve been using this spray off and on for a few weeks, along with a half tablet of Unisom, and it does the trick. But… the downsides… The spray itches and burns like CRAZY if any gets on my legs. If I spray it directly onto my feet, it does not bother me though. The discomfort from the spray alone is enough for me to drop a star or 2. Secondly, I wish there was some type of dosage information beyond just “a few sprays”, because for us pregnant mamas— we want to make sure we’re not overdoing it on the magnesium. I also take magnesium in pill form, so that’s why I don’t use this every night. Overall, I do think it works, which is why I won’t give it less than 3 stars.

    It was a good product in a glass bottle
    I only used it once, it sprayed well and seemed to work as expected but my cat knocked it off the counter that night and the glass bottle broke.
