Answer: The only ingredients is Organic Acerola Powder. If you zoom in on the label, which the only label on the package, there is a telephone number you can and ask. -
Question: Has anyone used this acerola powder to make homemade liposomal vitamin C?
Answer: yes, for a long time now. I use it with organic sunflower powder so as not to have soy. Works great! -

Question: What is the vitamin C content per serving, label does not state it?
Answer: The 3.2 g per serving listed on the package is the amount of Acerola Cherry Powder per serving, NOT the amount of Vitamin C per serving. The manufacturer does not list the amount of Vitamin C per serving, which is a bit misleading According to the USDA website, 100 grams of Acerola Cherries contains 1680 mg (or 1.68 grams) of Vitamin C. Therefore there is 16.8 mg of Vitamin C per Gram of Acerola Cherry. So a 3.2 gram serving size of Acerola Cherry would contain 53.76 mg of Vitamin C -
Question: Is this product certified for authenticity? If so, where can we see the results?
Answer: If this is on the bag I will have to check this next week as I am away. Meanwhile if I were you I would do a search on the internet to see what you can find about this product. If it is certified, I would expect it would be on the bag. I have not ordered this in a while , I was adding it to smoothies mostly in the summertime, so I can't remember, but it is advertised as USDA so I would think that would entail some certification. -
Question: Does this contain Maltodextrin?
