    • Question: Where do I purchase the handrails?

      Answer: I didn’t purchase the rails but they were advertised when purchasing the ramp as other like items purchased by other customers.

    • Question: Will this ten foot ramp slope alright down 6 steps off front deck? Its a regular mens wheelchair.

      Answer: Measure the height of the steps in question. ADA Requirements call for one foot for every inch of rise. I had a 16" rise which would call for a 16 foot ramp. Due to come obstacles in the areas I was working in we used a 10' foot ramp. But if you want to be ADA compliant and not worry about pushing up a little steeper ramp, get as close to ADA requirements as possible.

    Solid product no rails
    Unit did not come with the rails shown in the picture. That was disappointing but the customer service was fine to work with. I should have read the fine print.my fault

    High quality product, recommend
    We are very pleased with this product and it was delivered way ahead of schedule. It was very easy to install. Very Sturdy and secure. My husband built my moms deck, stairs, handrail and attached this ramp in a day. She is very happy with it and feels so much more confident on her own. Would highly recommend.

    STURDY , EASY TO ASSEMBLE, VERY VERY NON-SKID
    IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO SHIP, IT WENT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, AND AT ONE POINT WAS 200 MILES FROM US AND IT WENT TO 3 OTHER POINTS OVER 1500 MILES FROM US. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE RAMP AND RAILS.
