Customer Questions & Answers
-
Question: Where is this made?
Answer: US -
Question: Can it be used indoors and does it have slip resistant pads to keep from sliding. Will be using on wood floor.
Answer: The ramp can be used indoors. The ramp has anti-slip design where there are slight raised ridges across the width of the ramp. The ramp will attach to the wood floor without any problems. -
Question: What is package size when delivered?
Answer: The ramp came in a box approximately 6' x 3' x 4" and the railing about the same size as the ramp. -
Question: Does it fit over standard steps
Answer: mine did -
Question: What is the maximum rise this can be used for?
Answer: mine is steep but it works on about 3 ft rise. i ride my gogo scooter up and down. u hold the rails to help pull scooter up -
Question: I have a ten inch step the ramp has to attach to. Will that work ?
Answer: The minimum guideline is 1' for every inch of height. So, for a 10" step, the better ramp would be the 10' ramp. We have a 6" step so got the 6' ramp and it's almost too steep for my husband to roll his manual wheelchair up by himself. He prefers to pull himself up the ramp using the handrails. I hope this information was helpful. :) -
Question: Would this work as entrance to house through sliding glass doors?
Answer: I know there are a lot of variables as to any individual application, but I can tell you that if I were to use this ramp for my sliding glass door it would work perfectly. -
Question: Is the ramp ada approved.
Answer: Not sure but if not it should be. Very good ramp -
Question: Can i use this for a gate entry to a pontoon boat where it has to attach to peir and slant down to gate in pintoon boat?
Answer: Think so, would need heavy duty hinges on the pier side and and matting on the boat end to prevent scaring the deck.
