    Worth it!
    I use these pills all the time. They help debloat me and help me detox! The detox is gentle so I don't get any stomach cramps or pain.

    Hard for me this time around
    I've bought this product before and just that time...this time. It's hard for ME to have the discipline to not eat for 7 days. I ended up going to the bathroom more. My only pitfall was that I didn't own or have a scale I could use at the beginning of the cleanse so I don't know how much progress I made.
