      Answer: Yes, the bed rail is adjustable to fit Full & Twin beds.

      Answer: No, there are no assembly tools required. The installation sheet is included.

      Answer: Yes, the bed rail comes with Slip-Free Foam and is made of powder coated premium steel that is strong and durable.

      Answer: Yes. The person in bed can lower the rail to the level of mattress to get in or get out of bed easily.
    • Question: Can the rails placed between the mattress and spring be felt?

      Answer: They cannot be felt through the mattress.
    • Question: Do you have this same style for a Queen bed?

      Answer: Yes these are cheap.
    • Question: Can you put this on an adjustable bed that does not have a box spring?

      Answer: Should work fine. I bought this for my sister’s Adjustable bed. She does have a box spring but should be fine without. She loves it for getting out of bed and it preventing her from falling out!
    • Question: Now that patient has recovered sufficiently to return to our king bed, can I separate apparatus & slip just one rail under side of mattress?

      Answer: You probably could do that by using the long bars attached to the side rail. Do not use this side rail on an adjustable bed where the head of the bed can be raised and lowered. It will slip out with a few uses of the raising and lowering.
    • Question: Can this be used at the foot of the bed? I want to push off it adjust position.

      Answer: If you put this at the end of the bed, you would have to get out at the bottom of the bed. The rail is at an angle so you need to allow for that. It really is better at the top of the bed.
    • Question: My box was damaged did it come with straps?

      Answer: The dual bed rail does not come with the strap. It does not need it.
    • Question: How do I return this product?

      Answer: Don’t know- never tried.
    • Question: Does this work on a full size platform bed with thick temperpedic mattress? For falling out of bed issues?

      Answer: It definitely works on thick mattresses. I purchased it for ease getting up after hip surgery. It makes getting out of bed a little difficult for me getting in and out of bed. Would be perfect to prevent falling out of bed.
    • Question: I need them to fit a California king bed?

      Answer: Does not fit larger than a full size bed.

    Sturdy and Reliable
    The RMS Dual Bed Rail is well-built and sturdy. It's easy to install and adjust to the desired height. It has made a significant difference in my daily routine.

    Decent, but could be better
    The bed rail is alright, but I expected it to be more durable. It tends to wobble a bit, which makes me a little nervous. It's still useful, but could use some improvements.
