      Answer: take the tube, lie it flat and measure from left to right that's the size they give. These are not wide enough for most people's big toe, but fine for average other 4 to
    • Question: Does the gel inside these tubes contain mineral oil?

      Answer: I doubt it. There is no oily feel. The silicone just gently cushions the toe surface and adds a bit of friction padding. Very comfortable, easy to trim and easy to wash with just soap and water.
    • Question: Would these help hammer toes?

      Answer: Yes, they provide a good buffer between the toes and the shoe. This, I think depends on how bad your condition is though. I would also be careful using this product if you have diabetes.

      Answer: They are definitely not a one time & throw away item. I prefer this brand because I can re-use them many, many times before they start to break down.

      Answer: I would suggest that if you are male and/or anyone w. 'problem' toes, swollen joints, soreness, that a large size would be best. I am a senior woman who 'used' to have petite feet and toes in my youth. But now I need the large size for my big toes and often the others too. I do have some of the mediums also.       Answer: We recommend the size large for the large toe, medium for the 4 secondary toes and size small if you have very petite secondary toes. Circumference measurements are as follows: Large - 3.1", Medium - 2.4", Small - 1.6"
    • Question: What size for the second toe (next to big toe)?

      Answer: Size medium is recommended for the second toe.
    • Question: Can you wear them in the shower?

      Answer: No, you cannot wear them in the shower. And shouldn't sleep in them either. They should be removed for a certain amount of time per day.

      Answer: I don't know the best way to return them. The first pack I bought was too small. It would have cost close to their value in shipping to return them so I just kept them.
    • Question: What is the gel made of besides being latex free

      Answer: don't know but it holds its shape well (doesn't stretch out) and causes no irritation. Package doesn't say

    Apparently I have fat toes
    I ordered a medium for my little toe. I have tried it on both my little toe and the one next to it to keep them from rubbing. It does the job but, half way through the day feels too tight . The next size up is mage for your big toe and looks to big. It is a good product if you’re toes are more slender. On to the next product I guess. If this is a good fit for you I have a tip for putting it on. After cutting to the right length, Roll it back on itself so it is folded in half before trying to put it on. Once you get it started going on, roll the folded part down into place.

    Perfect, but PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIZE!!
    This is my first time buying these and I’m almost a 6 foot tall guy and the Small size, I ordered not knowing any better, is just way too small for my toes. I had to force it on to work but now that I know better I’ll get larger next time
