    • Question: Can this be put in the freezer?

      Answer: I have not try it, but I suppose you can put them in the freezer, just like any other gel pack, Good luck....
    • Question: Can these be worn with or without shoes?

      Answer: You can only wear them with shoes and preferably socks too as they will love around too much. I have invested in some aertex insoles and am much happier with them (these cannot be worn with sandals either unless you install some Velcro tabs).

    Too large for small feet.
    The gel is nice but they need to be sold in small or large as they slid around due to size being too large

    They work!
    First thing I have found that actually works. They tend to bind up a bit when putting socks over them but it doesn't take much to fix that.
