Question: Do these orthotics help with ankle pain?
Answer: Our Dr Scholls Sorb Soles Orthotics have been clinically tested and shown to relieve sore foot pain but have not been clinically tested to manage ankle pain. They do provide high levels of shock absorption to reduce impacts to both the feet and ankles and should provide some relief of discomfort in your ankles. -
Question: Is this orthotic good for hiking or camping?
Answer: No, it is not. -
Question: Can these inserts add a quarter of an inch rise to the right leg if it is shorter than the left?
Answer: They might, but a cheaper standard foam insert can be preferred for it. These orthotics are expensive, a little thinner, and it rubbed a hole in my food when I wore them to work.
