Answer: There is a "Professional Effects" with a Light kit. So I would think the Professional Effects would be compatible... -
Question: When should I use light? End of 60 min? Or right after applying whitestrips?
Answer: We recommend applying the light after 60 minutes. -
Question: My kids used 3 of my strips, not realizing they were part of my light kit. Can I just use any crest strip as a replacement?

Question: Can you use the crest 3d white whitestrips with the crest 3d white brilliance 2 step kit?
Answer: I’ve used the stripes and light after brushing my teeth with the 2 step crest kit. There is some extra sensitivity, but to each their own. I was doing it to further strengthen the outcome of whiter teeth. I’m Happy with the results. -
Question: How long to start see results?
Answer: I personally started seeing results after first use. But I’m sure it varies depending on the current state of someone’s teeth. -
Question: Is it ok to talk when strips are on? I’m thinking of putting the strips on before I go for a walk with a friend; should I avoid conversation?

Question: Does the light work after all the strips are used up? I know the package says its designed to work w/ the # of strips in box but has anyone tried it?
Answer: Yes. I used all the strips with the light and the light still works even after. -
Question: Would I use this before or after I brush my teeth as normal?
Answer: You should brush your teeth to remove any food particles, then wait 30 minutes before using the Whitestrips. Waiting 30 minutes will allow any remnants from the toothpaste to disappear from the surface of your teeth -
Question: I bought the LED light and it won’t turn back on?
Answer: The Crest light device is designed to operate for the number of Whitestrips in this package, so 20 times. If it has stopped before you completed the treatments, you can return the product per the satisfaction guarantee on the back of the carton for a replacement or refund in the amount of their purchase. You'll need your receipt and package UPC for this and it must be within 60 days of purchase. Question: I have a permanent retainer affixed on the back of my upper and lower teeth. Will the strips or light be difficult to use or harm my retainers?
Answer: I have a permanent lower retainer and I haven’t had any problems attaching the strips. The light device doesn’t even touch them as it only glows in the front.
