Question: Can it be used in an essential oils diffuser?
Answer: Yes it can be used in your diffuser. Works well, smells great -
Question: Is this diluted?
Answer: Although this says you can use it on the bottom of the feet without dilution, my 15 year old grandson's feet got a couple of small blisters from it. He does have sensitive skin though but I would still use something to dilute it if in doubt. I use this in both diffusers in the house and we all love the smell. It really helps our allergies while making the house smell great. I use this all of the time and this is not a solicited response. -
Question: Can you gargle with five guards - you can gargle with young living thieves for sore throat or cold.
Answer: I do not claim to be an expert, but I wouldn't. It doesn't state it's for 'internal use.' If you're gargling using the essential oil with water, you're still absorbing it internally. And a little of it is probably running down the back of your throat. I'm looking at a blue glass bottle of "Zongle Therapuetic 'Organic Clove' Oil" right now. It states it can be used for "Aromatic, Topical, or *Internal Use*." Within the description it states, "Helps clean gum and teeth" and "Helps with toothaches." Well known companies I've learned of are: "Dr. Axe's 'Ancient Apothecary'" - his line offers oils claimed safe for ingestion. Dr. Axe also offers classes where you can learn all about essential oils; And, 'Young Living' which has a Vitality line for culinary use that claims safe for digestion - However NOT the regular 'Thieves' - but the 'Vitality Thieves' is OK. *Any instructions for the internal use of essential oil should be strictly followed due to possible organ damage.* Other solutions for swooshing (don't gargle): You can dilute peroxide in water to gargle with. Also an oil pull using coconut oil does wonders. :-) -

Question: How can this bottle be opened ???
Answer: Just unscrew the top. The inner cover over the top of the bottle allows for the oil to be dispensed by drops. Simply add the number of drops needed to whatever solution is being made. For example, add 15 drops to cleaning solution, or add 15 drops to a cotton balls if you simply want the fragrance. -
