    • Question: What is the purpose of letting it soak for 1 hour with only 1 gallon of water before running the wash cycle?

      Answer: Soaking helps the cleaner penetrate the deposits of contaminants that can build up over time, allowing for them to be more easily broken down and removed during the wash cycle.
    • Question: don't suppose this is cruelty free?

      Answer: It is cruelty-free which is why I chose this product. :)
    • Question: How strong is the natural orange scent? I am hoping that it would not linger and get into the laundry washed after the cleaning cycle is done. Thanks.

      Answer: Scent does not linger. We had a nasty smell in our laundry room. Traced it to the washer, used Oh Yuk twice and odor has not returned. Definitely recommend.
    • Question: If I use this product after the expiration date, will there be any effect?

      Answer: Typically..unless there is an obvious visible problem with the product...I at least double the time to expiration and still use it..in most cases it's fine...and often it doesn't work at that point there are no harmful effects..itsimply doesn't work. :-]
    • Question: Is this product really as good as advertised?

      Answer: Yes! I love this product and I’ve been using it for about 3-4 years now. My washing machine smells wonderful after I use it. I definitely recommend this.
    • Question: My dispenser is highly discolored due to well water. can this be added to dispenser or only to tub? many such products say do not put in dispenser.

      Answer: I only put in washer drum. Along with hot water and let sit for one hour then run a cycle. I do use on a wet cloth to wipe dispenser and rubber parts of washing machine.
    • Question: Is this product good to use?

      Answer: Yes. It’s an okay product. I was overly amazed by it. It’s similar to the other products out there.
    • Question: If I use this product after the expiration date, will there be any effect?

      Answer: It may not work as effectively but I wouldn’t think it will cause any damage. However, if the product is cloudy, thick, or discolored, I would not use it.
    • Question: How often should i clean my washer with this?

      Answer: I believe the bottle says every 30 days- I probably don’t do it that often, but it does help a lot!!! I don’t have the issues i was having before using this product. Definitely would buy it again.

    Works Well!
    When I purchased my new washer this product was recommended by the sales associate. It is especially good to keep on hand since I have additional (pet) laundry. The extra rince cycle needed makes a difference & is important to prevent dirt residue on future loads.

    This works!
    This outperforms afresh and washer warrior easily. It eliminated the bad smell from our LG front load washer.

    Seems to work
    After using this product my washing machine smells and appears cleaner. The cloths also smell and appear cleaner. I do think its a little expensive for the amount you get and you have to use it often to keep up the effect but it does make a difference.

    Gets the scum
    I buy this for my mom who says she sees a lot of detergent residue coming off when she uses this versus just bleach. She alternates what she uses. I use Oh, Yuk jetted bath cleaner in a tub whose pipes were full of mold. No other method of the many I googled could get rid of the nastiness. So I am naturally prone to trusting the brand for our HE washing machines.

    Easy to use, left washer smelling great
    Our washer (top load) is over 10 years old and had started to smell a bit. I used this just once and it was sparkly clean and smelled great. Still looks and smells good 2 weeks later. Would definitely recommend. Btw I looked in the washer as it was cleaning and that water was nasty!

    Refreshing the drum
    I was looking for something strong and works to remove odor in my wash machine inside drum. It is easy and only one time the smells are gone. I will repeat using this.
