Question: Is this FSA eligible?
Answer: I would say no, but by using it for it's intended purpose likely prevents you from the numerous costs associated with taking care of a child for 18+ years. So I'd say that alone offsets the disappointment of not being an FSA eligible expense. -

Question: Is the lube water or silicone-based? I guess water since a reviewer says they dry out quickly.
