This outdoor stain and mold mildew cleaner uses a bleach-based formula that cleans and brightens exterior surfaces dulled by the presence of mold. Ideal for use on decks, fences, painted/sealed wood, composite, PVC, restored and resurfaced finishes. Finally, a deck wash solution that is easy to use – simply attach a garden hose while valve is in the OFF position, spray on surfaces, wait 10 minutes, then wash off. No scrubbing necessary! Question: whats the difference between the house wash and the deck, fence and patio wash?
Answer: For those of you who are saying the House Wash and the Deck/Fence/Patio wash are the same, you are WRONG. The ingredients are the same, but the mixture is very different. The Deck/Fence/Patio formula is watered down to prevent damage to wood, paint, and stains. The House Wash's "other ingredients" are by far much more concentrated and powerful. I purchased both and I can tell you most assuredly that for tough mold/mildew on sidings, the House Wash is the one to purchase, otherwise you will be sorely disappointed. Also, if you look at the "cleans up to..." claim, you will see that the House Wash will treat over 5 times more in surface area. -
Question: I have a missouri yellow pine log home. i need to wash it before i can reseal it. will this work?
Answer: Mold Armor E-Z Deck, Fence and Patio Wash is a strong formula that is created with the intention to clean the mold that is sometimes deep in the pores of wood used in decks and fences, not typically the type of wood used in home building. It should be rinsed within 10 minutes and not allowed to dry on the surface. We recommend working in sections and not applying it in the hottest part of the day when it is in direct sunlight. Always test any product on a small spot or a sample surface similar to the intended use before applying to the entire area. Read all label instructions and follow safety guidelines.
