    • Question: How do you charge this thing?

      Answer: Hello! The Mini Halo's waterproof seal can make it difficult to locate the charging port on your wand massager. As per the image in our listing above, please locate the indentation at the bottom of your wand and gently press into it using the charging cord that came with your Mini Halo. The premium material will give way.
    • Question: How long should i charge it?? Once i charge it and the red light goes away and i use it it doesnt last but maybe 15 mins

      Answer: Ive charged it overnight (i forgot lol) and the light was still on. But it did last long.
    • Question: I have lost the charger for it. Is there a charger I could buy for it it or use or does it take batteries???

      Answer: Hello! Please contact us directly so that we can send you a replacement charger. Please do not use any other charger for your mini halo, as a charger with the incorrect current or voltage can damage the charging mechanism. Thank you!
    • Question: How do you charge this? The port appears to be completely sealed.

      Answer: It pierces easily. No worries. It charges fine.
    • Question: Can I boil this to clean it?

      Answer: Just go to Walmart or a pharmacy and pick up a bottle of liquid Castile soap. It's not harsh and cleans well. And while you're at it, get a bottle of flagellated coconut oil and a small squeeze bottle to use as a lube. It remains a liquid at room temperature, very slippery, long lasting, isn't sticky and doesn't ball up. !!DO NOT USE WITH LATEX CONDOMS!!
    • Question: How many watts? My current one is 20 but that's a plug, I'd like to get one the same

      Answer: 500mA= .5A x 5V = 25W That came with the unit. They do not publish actual consumption. I would guess half of that
    • Question: How does this compare to the Shibari Mini Halo, in terms of strength?

      Answer: It's ok but not as good
    • Question: Can it be used as is or do you need an attachment?

      Answer: They make attachments?! Oh my! No, you don’t need an attachment, but if you find some let me know! I gave this to all my friends at Christmas😉

    Best toy EVER!
    I bought this 5 years ago and it is still going strong. Over the years I have tried numerous toys including the new peoples favorite rose, nothing compares to this toy! It’s my absolute favorite.

    Nice vibration but must charge frequently
    Nice vibration but must charge frequently. This is my 2nd one; the first one lasted a few years maybe, and that's with minimal use. Also, could you please ship it with a discreet name? I get it in the mail and it says "Let's Get it On" as the shipper name. Come on. Does everyone need to know our business? Our mailman definitely knows now, thanks. lol
