Question: Does this have any Caffeine From cocoa? Is it suitable for kids?
Answer: The Creamy Chocolate Fudge and Chocolate Peanut Butter flavors do contain organic cocoa which does contain naturally occurring amounts of caffeine. There is roughly 7mg of caffeine per serving (2 scoops). To put that in perspective an 8 oz cup of coffee contains approximately 95mg of caffeine. The protein powder can be consumed by children, we simply recommend adjusting the serving size. For children between the ages of 2 and 4 years old, we recommend using a 1/4 serving (half a scoop), and for children from 4-12 years old we recommend a half-serving (1 scoop) and those over 12 years of age are fine with a full serving (2 scoops). As always we recommend further consulting with your family's healthcare practitioner. -

Question: I'm embarrassed to say I've been using this for years and have only done a blender. Can you use a shaker cup or does this not work?!
Answer: I never put this mix in a blender. I just use a shaker cup and use a spoon to crush it in the milk and stir it good before shaking it. Always turns out good! -

Answer: Total Fat is 4.5g (6% of daily value calories); with 0.5g coming from Saturated Fat and 0g Trans Fat per serving size (2 scoops). -
Question: I plan to order vanilla and chocolate powders. Are they really that good, and can you share any recipes?
Answer: I like the vanilla and make my own chocolate u s in the vanilla and cacao powder. The peanut butter with cacao is amazing. -

Answer: It's a meal replacement that can be used every day as long as you want. -
